Our Brand Intervention Specialists are the sales arm for the Marketing Biz at BizSprints. You are the one who goes and finds a Biz that could benefit from our team intervening to update, recreate or impact their brand and relaunch them.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Hunter This is not an order taking role. We need someone who is ready to work a deal to ensure we maximize the impact we can have on a client’s brand today and over the long term. To achieve this we need a hunter who is willing to research and find the data they need to create sales opportunities that drive real results.
Cultivator No business can be sustained on one time projects alone. For this reason we need a person who can build a relationship of trust with their clients so they can leverage it for the top three drivers of any Biz Customer Experience: - Referrals - Service Expansion (adding more services) - Testimonials
Closer Building a strong pipeline is awesome, moving deals through the pipe is even better, and forming great bonds with those leads is the best of all. BUT, if you can’t close a deal all of that hard work is for nothing.
Like it or not, in a sales role, the ultimate grade of your success will be the revenue you bring into the Biz. It is only through your revenue that we can grow and why being a closer is so important.
Education Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent College Degree is a plus, but it’s not going to make us pick you over someone else. We are looking for people with serious drive and the willingness to learn, more than we look for formal education. Most of the skills you need to be successful here will have been learned through the school of hard knocks, not in the classroom.
