AI Use Terms

These AI Use Terms supplement the BizSprints Terms & Conditions and apply when you use, receive, or rely on content, recommendations, summaries, decision tools, chat experiences, or other features that are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence or automated systems (“AI Features”).

AI-Assisted Services

BizSprints may use AI Features to support research, analysis, drafting, classification, summarization, technology comparisons, recommendations, or service delivery. AI Features may be provided by BizSprints or third-party technology providers and may change over time.

No Guarantee; Human Review Required

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It may omit material facts or generate content that appears authoritative but is wrong. AI output is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for independent evaluation, testing, due diligence, or qualified legal, financial, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, compliance, medical, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before using it. Do not make high-impact decisions concerning employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, safety, security, or other significant matters based solely on AI output.

Your Inputs

You represent that you have the right and authority to submit any prompt, file, data, or other material (“Input”) and that your Input and intended use comply with law and third-party rights. Do not submit passwords, access keys, financial account data, government identifiers, health information, children’s data, export-controlled information, trade secrets, privileged material, or other confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information unless BizSprints has expressly agreed in writing to an appropriate handling process.

Use of Inputs and Outputs

We may process Inputs and Outputs as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Third-party AI providers may process information under their own terms and our service arrangements. We do not promise that AI output will be unique; similar output may be generated for others.

Permitted Use

You may use AI Features only for lawful, authorized business purposes. You may not use them to violate law or rights; develop malware or evade security; deceive, impersonate, harass, discriminate, or cause harm; generate unlawful or infringing material; reverse engineer models or safeguards; conduct unauthorized automated extraction; or represent unreviewed AI output as verified professional advice or a guaranteed BizSprints conclusion.

Intellectual Property

As between you and BizSprints, you retain rights in your original Input. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use Output for your internal business purposes. Because laws and provider terms concerning AI-generated material continue to evolve, we do not guarantee that Output is protectable, non-infringing, exclusive, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for clearance before external or commercial use.

Third-Party Products

References to vendors, products, prices, capabilities, certifications, security, or compliance may be incomplete or change without notice. Confirm important information directly with the relevant provider and through independent technical, legal, procurement, privacy, and security review.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to AI Features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, operational integrity, or suspected misuse.

Disclaimers and Liability

AI FEATURES AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms & Conditions apply to AI Features to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these AI Use Terms as technology, providers, practices, or laws change. The revised version is effective when posted with a new effective date.
