SMS Terms

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of BizSprints, LLC (“BizSprints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Consent to Receive Messages

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive texts, you authorize BizSprints and its service providers to send recurring SMS or MMS messages to that number. Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, service updates, follow-ups, event or content notices, and marketing or promotional communications consistent with the consent you provided.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us promptly.

Automated Technology

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or prerecorded or artificial voice where permitted and disclosed. Your consent applies only to the message categories and sender identified when you opted in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, requests, and preferences. We may change frequency as reasonably needed to provide the program or requested communications.

Costs and Carrier Terms

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms, charges, privacy practices, and network availability apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices, carriers, or locations are supported.

Opt Out

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a BizSprints message. We may send one final confirmation text. After that, no further messages requiring consent will be sent unless you opt in again. We will honor other reasonable revocation methods as required by law, but replying STOP is the fastest method.

Privacy

We use mobile numbers, message content, consent records, timestamps, and delivery or interaction data to operate the messaging program, respond to you, document consent and opt-outs, prevent misuse, and comply with law. We may share this information with messaging, CRM, telecommunications, compliance, and other service providers that help deliver the program. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties for their independent marketing. See our Privacy Policy for additional information and privacy rights.

Supported Use and Conduct

You may not use the messaging program to transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or harmful content; interfere with program operation; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access.

No Guarantee

Text messaging is not a secure or guaranteed delivery method. Do not use SMS for emergencies or send passwords, financial account data, health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or other sensitive information. We do not guarantee message delivery, timing, accuracy, or continuous availability.

Changes Or Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue an SMS program, short code, long code, toll-free number, content, or these SMS Terms. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. We may block participation for misuse, security, legal, carrier, or operational reasons.

Governing Terms

The governing law, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other general provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply to the messaging program to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
