Make one customer handoff work better.
That might mean answering an overflow call, routing a guest request, assigning a client callback or connecting a conversation to your CRM. We scope the workflow first, then compare suitable phone, contact center and AI options.
How regional projects work
Review remotely
Share your current systems, user roles, locations, contract timing and the business problem. Early discovery can happen without a site visit.
Compare the full scope
Evaluate licenses, AI usage, integrations, implementation and support. Keep the existing systems that fit the plan.
Agree on rollout
Set responsibilities, acceptance criteria and timing. Any on-site work, travel and fees are agreed before the project begins.
Choose by industry, too
See workflows for home services, vacation rentals, staffing, law firms, insurance agencies and automotive dealerships.

Do you have an office in every listed city?
No. BizSprints is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. These are service-area pages. Discovery and planning can begin remotely, with any on-site needs agreed in the project scope.
Can you support a business outside these areas?
Tell us your location and requirements. Many advisory activities can be delivered remotely; we confirm vendor coverage, implementation and any on-site support needs during discovery.
Do all 20–50 users need contact center licenses?
No. We separate business phone users from agents who need shared queues, supervisor tools and reporting. AI usage and CRM requirements are scoped separately.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Your approximate user count, current phone and customer-management systems, contract timing and one workflow you want to improve. That helps us identify a useful starting scope.
