The BizSprints assessment

Our take

A successful migration starts with an accurate inventory and accountable owners. Treat the target date as an outcome of validated readiness. Keep the current service available until the agreed cutover and fallback conditions are satisfied.

Discovery

Make the current operation visible.

Inventory numbers, channels, queues, skills, hours, prompts, integrations, recordings, reporting, access roles, and contractual dates. Ask team leaders about the unofficial workarounds that keep service moving today.

Define which workflows must be preserved, which should improve, and which can be retired. Record a decision owner and an acceptance test for every critical requirement.

Build and test

Prove complete journeys.

Configure a representative pilot queue and connect the required business systems. Test customer identification, routing, escalation, recording, CRM updates, and supervisor visibility from beginning to end.

Rehearse busy periods, after-hours service, missing data, integration failures, and an unavailable destination. Validate number portability and the provider's porting schedule rather than promising a generic launch time.

Cutover and stabilization

Give the first week a plan.

Train agents and supervisors on the actual workflows they will use. Establish go/no-go criteria, a communications plan, a fallback route, and named decision makers for launch day.

Staff a support channel and review routing, queue behavior, integration errors, and customer outcomes each day during stabilization. Close the project after acceptance and documentation, not merely after the first call connects.

Evaluation checklist

What to validate before committing.

  • Confirm scope, owners, and acceptance tests.
  • Validate number and contract dependencies.
  • Rehearse fallback and business-critical exceptions.
  • Agree on post-launch support and operational sign-off.

Common questions

What buyers ask us

How quickly can we migrate?

Timing depends on scope, number portability, integrations, data readiness, training, and provider capacity. We help identify dependencies before committing to a launch date.

Can we migrate in phases?

A pilot or phased transition may reduce disruption when the architecture and commercial arrangements support it. Validate coexistence, routing, reporting, and support ownership before choosing that approach.

Review My Zoom Requirements

Your requirements determine the shortlist. BizSprints represents all major CCaaS platforms. Zoom and Dialpad are individual options within our broader portfolio. A provider guide is not an exclusive recommendation.

This advisory assessment combines publicly documented product information with our operations-led evaluation approach. Suggested demonstrations are evaluation scenarios, not customer results or a scored product test. BizSprints may receive compensation when a client purchases through our vendor relationships.
